Our Story

After 8+ years of working as a Digital Advertising Operations Specialist for companies such as Google Doubleclick, LinkedIn and Essence. 

Joe had a burning passion to help struggling graduates find employment. Using his experience and knowledge, Joe started training sessions for unemployed graduates. 

Joe taught them about the digital media ecosystem and its relationship between players and entities. They learned about Ad Operations, Programmatic Display and other media channels such as Search and Social. They learned how to improve their CV as well as how to prepare effectively for interviews.

The training sessions were a success and valuable to the graduates as they landed good jobs in the industry. Joe realised that even though he invested time and energy training the graduates, they were placed into jobs by Recruitment Agencies who added little to no value except introducing my students I’ve trained to their clients. 

The light bulb went on. Joe decided to not just train graduates but also get them placed into jobs and make money in the process. Bingo. This was the beginning of Digital Wis. 

Digital Wis became successful placing graduates they trained into jobs. Digital Wis started to help their clients hire senior talent. This includes Leads, Managers, Heads, Directors, VPs, MDs, GMs CMO and COOs.
